Is the price of 599 euro worldwide RRP excluding tax? It is kind of overly expensive for the specs it offered. The N95 is selling for about 530euro (price incl. 5% tax) here in singapore. In Q3 when p1i is released, N95 price may have dropped to 450euro.
Why P1i only have wifi-B? This is definitely a bummer. Even though wifi-b 11mbps is more than the phone can handle but the main problem is once you connect P1i wifi-b to a high-speed access point, it cause the speed of the entire wifi network to drop from 56mbps to 11mbps. I connect all my computers using wifi at home and if I connect a wifi-b device, the speed slows to a crawl. I also know of quite a few wifi hotspots that purposely disable the wifi-b support so as not to degrade the entire wifi network speed.

Nice upgrade on the Camera, which will have NO issues no doubt. However Triband GPRS no EDGE is passe. Good memory though HOPEFULLY for running applications and NOT for just storage.
Just remember folks they gave us the SAME dealio with the P990 when it was announced. perfect proven camera top end, press with BB Connect - which NEVER SHIPPED, MS Exchange Support which had SERIOUS issues, and not enough memory.
SE had PLENY of time to upgrade to Symbian 9.3 with UIQ3.1 but I'm wondering if 3.1 was JUST for non-touchscreen.
Nice shape, but same old phone. Nice dress that lady is wearing but same old tramp.
ho-hum.
Will be interesting if they use the same strategy as the P910a, for North & South America & Africa.

if there was nothing wrong with the design in the first place, why would SE make radical changes to it? consumers wanted a camera, they got a 3.2MP a/f camera. consumers wanted wi-fi, they got it. and you lot are complaining just cos' of the lack of EDGE? why EDGE when you can go 3G? it's not exactly SE's fault that US markets are slow to adapt to the latest cell-broadcast technologies is it?
