I have released 0.2 were the issue with system close is addressed.
http://pepelaz3000.narod.ru/LongCuts.0.2.Unsigned.sis
There is another important issue about new version:
Application ID (UID) of the LongCuts was changed. Because of this version 0.2 is not compatible with 0.1 and the older version should be uninstalled before proceeding with the upgrade. This was done to avoid potential problems in the future.

This sounds like a great app, not this signing problem.....
As the creator, pepelaz3000, seems to be happy sharing this as freeware, would this help?

?

I'm aware of this possibility. But thank you anyway. Going to apply for freeware signing when app becomes more or less mature. I plan to do some improvements in nearest future.

pepelaz, how about a function of binding more than one key to a program, so in my P1 i can bind messaging to ')' on use in standby screen and 's' on use in menu? It would be great...

I'm considering two possible solutions for main screen problem:
- first is the one you've described
- second is automatic binding of alt+key when key key binded. In this case user will be not allowed to bind alt+key at will
ares: Making LongCuts being able to start on boot is also in plans
I'll be answering in this post. My daily limit of posts is hit.

I had any problem right now, when I close the flip then open the flip my input way will change to numeric, not alphabet, so strange.

after install and try it for few hours, when I try to use type sms in flip on or flip off mode, some character will eat it, need to type slowly, anyone got the same problem as me ?
Yeah I have the same problem.
The program seems to slows down text input. Basically i've noticed that when typing and using any letters assigned to a program you have to type it slowly.
Also when writing an sms etc. it does not auto capitalise the 1st letter if it's assigned to a program and you have to hold down shift to capitalise as opposed to pressing shift.
I've also found that some of the programs in the list do not open when assigned to a key, like 'themes' for example.
Great app though pepelaz3000 and a step in the right direction.
P.s I use a p990i phone with flip off.
