what do you mean? the n95 has no issues performing as a phone.... unless you're referring to bad battery life...or the first firmware that had hissing noise in the earpiece...

N95 is great..its just too bad it doesn't have a touchscreen. Just imagine browsing or doing things without a mouse on your pc, its a pain for sure. It slows you down a lot. Thats why w960i rocks in this aspect.

All problems will be solved with the new N95, like build quality, slider issues, etc
I was looking for the W960 too, but N95 8GB is waaaay better

IMO, W960 looks classier (and better). And the interface ilooks MUCH sleeker (especiallly with the addition of WP 3.0 and the Media Center).
Also ,the touchscreen is a huge plus.

I just like W960 better. It's just a preference.
I'll never get used to Nokia phones...

I like the W960 alot but I think the Black N95 8gb is THE phone to have! Isn't the N95 8gb screen bigger than the W960's touchscreen at 2.8" 16Mil and 2.6" 262K, respectively?

Oh yes it does, I know one reseller who has had nearly 50% of all those he sold returned as faulty and dozens that simply failed trying to make calls!!!
Mine had appalling call quality, Poor build quality, lousey battery life (I carried three batterys at all times as I work remotely) absolute rubbish device

Well, looks like the N95 8GB is out now, and it was only just announced a month or two ago too! While the W960 on the other hand was announced in July and here we are mid-October with it's release set sometime in December?!?.... I'm now just waiting for the reviews to start rolling in on the N95 8GB too! I figure that by the time the W960 comes out in December (at who knows what price!) the N95 would have had a few price drops already! I don't know, it's not looking too good for the W960 as far as I'm concerned inregards to my own personal preferences when I decide to upgrade.... I already checked eBay and found two N95 8GB's for sale too! One is set to close in less than 24 hours at $960 USD with no bidders (It'll probably drop below that price soon after that auction ends), so I figure that I should be able to get a N95 8GB for about $650-700 USD by the time the W960 shows up at retail right? Comments?...

Since you use phone as main music player device, i'll advice you to wait for W960. it's superior media player is an overkill to all music players that will ever be present. not yet to mention the advantage of TS and jogdial in music playing
