Now I made a reflash of the fw. After that I reinstalled the backup. I found out that the backup did not contain my voice marks and all the work grading my music disappeared. What must I do to save all that?

Btw, this didn't solve my problem with phone turning off it self. In the beginning of the week I'll be sending it in for service.

Here are some pictures on my other problem with the scroll list disappearing in the lower part and hiding behind the menu bar at the bottom.

Just noticed a slight bug in the phone lock. I had the phone plugged in via USB and when I disconnected it the phone locked and I held the back button to unlock it and where the time should have shown 01:33 it just had 01.

I would love the W960 as an upgrade but reading this really has put me off! I currently have a K800 that is 100% reliable! Does anyone think that SE will address any of the issues above with a FW update? Any FW updates on the Horizon??

i found how to mark selection on messaging, first touch mark box then move down to another box but keep push the screnn, well it work on my p990i.

Something else I've noticed.

I created a new folder on the menu screen called 'Games' and moved all my installed games there for easy access.

However when I install a new Game/App all the files move back into the Tools folder leaving my Games folder empty!

Anyone else had issues with things not staying where you put them?

Anyone else having problems with the names of contacts changing after doing a pc sync?

After it syncs it duplicates the end of the name.

Example (before sync >> after sync)
John Smith >> John Smith Smith
John Paul Smith >> John Paul Smith Paul Smith
Dave >> Dave

It doesnt seem to happen to everyone but I've not noticed a pattern to it yet.

i think it has been the problem since the day of P990, where newly created folders don't always work the way it should.

but apart from that, the W960 is great for my daily usage

Yes, I have had this several times. Very nasty. Seems to always happen when you use only 1 name field (like "John" in firstname, no last name. This becomes "John John".

I do not sync anymore because of this issue.

I've got a bug where I have a particular contact and they name always comes up with a "(+)" after it in the caller ID.

I've tried deleting the contact and manually adding it again but it still happens.

Also I use the bussiness standby app, and normally between the "Vodafone" and "Today" I get the Walkman button.
But sometimes, instead of the walkman, I get the cell info display.
This has happened only a couple of times, but it seems to be completely random when it does it.
Sometimes when I lose the Walkman button, I have to change the standby app to bring it back. Other time, I just have to enter and exit the menu and it would be back.

Theres also the annoying thing with syncing contacts and all the mobile number comes up as "mobile (w)".
