what could be aded to the T68:
1. more led colours
2. more capacity for backgrounds images
3. animated icons
4. adress list whit contacts
5. foto album
6. more themes
7. you must be able to change screen saver
8. option key must feature my shortcuts
9. harmony ringer tones with polyphonic sound
10. swatch internet time
11. more memo time
12. more appointments icons
13. a blue led light in the ericsson logo at the back. ;-).

dont forget to add to the letter a request to add a copy and paste function. And have the function be across the platform not only in one area (i.e. not only have it when writing text, but be able to copy from anywhere to anywhere...as in copy a number from a contact or information from a website into an sms, or info from one sms into another)
