I agree, a tutorial would be nice. What tool can be used to edit the files, and most important things; how to turn off DRC and raise overall volume.

I can use the values from w980 but just from 00000000 to 00004272,if you want i can make it

Hi Luhccas.
I'm actually using a w902 which has the same acoustic as the w980 in theory, so i guess, that should use the longer version wbxml as you showed it on the picture. could you edit the original long version to make the sound louder, as i tried to overwrite the acoustics with the loud one you have made for w910 but i didn't recognise any difference in sound. Maybe it's because of the file version. (I checked, and you have the short version in the loud acoustic pack) it would be very great if you could make that for me. I only need this on the headset, i don't care about the backspeaker, and the rest. Let me know, if you can, please. Unfortunately i don't have the original acoustic of the w902, but i guess you have the one for the w980, so you can maybe do it using that.

Thanks in advance,

My phone is W910i.
Are there any acoustic mods that improve call quality from the front speaker? I know i must modify handset_0_call.wbxml but, What values must i change?
I need Increase volume during calls at least 75% because i usually talk in very noisy places. Thank you

I tried making custom acoustics to no avail. I converted the wbxml files into xml and tried to edit them. But there are no meaningful settings and that is quite tricky to understand.

Let's hope some day a good tutorial will be made available.

Is the W902 headset acoustic file the same as the W980's or is it better? If W902's acoustics are better, can someone upload them here as I couldn't find them anywhere. Thanks!
