C702 is definitely one of the most underrated phones with its build quality and features. T700- probably and more so if the camera was much better. C902 underrated? If anything I'd say it's almost overrated because it's advertised as a 007 gadget. Of course, it's a good, solid phone which is why it's selling like hot cake. So definitely not underrated IMO

The cause of the underrating is people's own personal bias:
- What they percieve an expensive phone should be like.
- What they percieve a music phone should be like.
- What they percieve a camphone should be like.
- What they percieve a smartphone should be like.
Studies have shown that people don't know what they want until they see it. If you ask people what a future phone should be like you don't get any new inventions, just a high spec combination of what they've seen on other phones.
