@ corer,
why is the flash always ON..?? It simply fires even if you take a direct picture of a strong light. say... bulb or the sun during day...
Is it forced always..? Normally it should only fire when needed, right..?

@bluechip, didnt U installed the *.lng file?
anyway, this drive, change both the orginal Auto flash and ERE to Forced Fast syn. flash and Forced Slow syn. flash, which are very useful when the shot target is in backside lighting the flash on/off is fully manuel in this drive, which I reli love~
coz the light sensor wont reconized the target is in dark, so we will have to force it.
The fast syn. reduce the exposure of back lighting, while keeping the same level of flash output (suggest U to press exposure of backside lighting by Spot metering + Fast syn. flash)
some quick full auto seting sample pic fyi:

^fast syn.

^slow syn.
See this different?
1. the over all color temperature for fast syn. mainly depends on the flash
while that for slow syns, it includes more environment lighting, and flash acted for compensation only
2. note the Window? The fast syn. cannot see the light from outside, while the slow syn. can
