My small issue regarding these two phone was that, SE should have just produce the X10 MINI PRO and no MINI at all. Cause the mini pro covers it all including the qwerty keyboard and could have save them precious resources.

(And same thing applies to Vivaz/Vivaz PRO)

The mini is smaller then the mini pro and "more robust" for some people. It's good to be able to choose between both.

agree agree!!!

for me, i prefer the mini over the mini pro.. as a teenager, style matters.. and we just want the touchscreen.. for us, the keyboard is not important.. but I'm not saying that there must have no mini pro.. why? professionals want a keyboard on their phones.. am i right?!

I think many teenage girls will go for the mini pro, because of easier texting

Would anyone know (or be able to confirm) if the X10 Mini can support handwriting recognition? I know I'll need that iPhone pen that's conductive... but I really find Symbian's Jot so efficient when taking notes at a meeting. I hope there's an app that can give the X10 Mini decent handwriting recognition.

Of course, why don't you check "MobileWrite" ( http://www.inkmarksoftware.com/page2.html ) and "Voice Text" out?

Hey Mediar, thanks so much! That's 1 more reason to go for the X10M!

Now if they only made that indispensable beer drinking app on the iPhone... my life will be heaven!!!

mini and mini pro coming with the same android 1.6 like x10?? I hope not because knowing SE we are likely to see this phones only 3, 4 or more months away from here and this probably mean that we wont see any 2.1 update to x10 till then
... and by that time android maybe going with a newer version than 2.1

this all pre-supposes that SE can actual get the X10 (let alone mini and
mini pro) to work when it's on the shelves (unlike the Satio and 1 or 2
others I can think of !)

Not trying to be a kill joy, but past "successes" on SE's part speak for themselves
