I don't like screen protectors.I never used one on my Galaxy S2 and my screen is still perfect.But the Note has a stylus so Im worried about scratch mark sliding over the screen with a stylus.Something tells me I'm gonna have to use a screen protector for this phone.
gorilla glass in itself is a mineral glass with a shatter proof sheet on top. The stylus will not scratch it, and I personally feel its not needed. However, putting on one more protector may make it more durable but less fun to use.

Those are some great shots! But I feel the sky is a bit over saturated? It reminds me of the pics taken by nokia's n series where the sky would look like that.. I have seen gnote2, but could not use it. Overall liked the feel and design, but the size makes it a bit uncomfortable.

Thanks Tsepz.It really is a beauty.Has a totally different feel in the hands to the first Galaxy Note.Samsungs done a fine job in refining it.
