oh wow.. thank you all! I was expecting this pic to be a real contender..
Its taken at maximum zoom (3x) because I wanted to isolate the subject as much as I can. I lost a bit of IQ, but its a good trade off for composition.. with the 808 that's always the case when you decide to zoom.. you have to decide how much IQ you are willing to compromise for any potential benefit to the composition, but its nice to have the option nevertheless.
Here is the other try, but I didn't like it as much:

I don't think a lot of us 808 owners take advantage of the zooming capabilities to be honest, myself included..
The zooming, or rather cropping, on the 808 allows it to basically be two different cameras in terms of focal length
•Wide:
28mm/8 iso640 (38MP)
exact: 38.4 MP (4:3), 27.7 mm, F8.3, ISO 690 (crop 3.45)
•Long:
77mm/22 iso6400 (5MP, 169g)
exact: 5.0 MP (4:3), 76.6 mm, F22.9, ISO 5300 (crop 9.55)
The only problem is, you can really blur the background at the long end.. other than that, the difference in focal length is more than enough to achieve different compositions.
mlife had a great example of this with his night shot in Las Vegas..

Sorry for the strange ending of this month.
This month winner provided us a photo that would make a beautiful centerfold in a BMW brochure.
