Can you test the xenon and post a few samples ? I am really curious to see how it performs.

i want to sell it and try another one to see if the blur of sides is less visible but i don't sure if it's a good idea

^ nah... most P&S zoom lens designs have that problem. Its very hard to do such a complex zoom lens without loosing sharpness in around the edges. Its a trade off.. fixed lenses tend to be sharper, but you don't get any zoom

This one seems sharp around the edges.. not sure if its cropped or not.

because i used the zoom for this picture therefore no blurr. It's only at wide angle.
I also increased the sharpness and contrast for this one.
compared at S5 this K zoom is better in low light for the noise, for the details in low light, for hands shake blur with OIS, xenon flash and of course for the zoom.

Sorry man I didn't realize it was your pic.. So yeah, that's one way around the edge softness .. it narrows down the frame a bit but it doesn't seem like its all that much.
Other than that, the zoom lens allows for some interesting framing on the go.. portraits might work quite well at the long end as well

.. from 100% crop, I notice that this photo is oversharpen, try shot without increase sharpness setting will be better

Many reviews I've read on this device have not favoured image quality at all. I am not that impressed
