i am torn between all the colors.

i've gotten white the last few models but that's not even an option now.

the forest blue looks gorgeous, but i think the black looks very sleek as well. i wish i could check them out in person but sadly, that's not an option being in the states.

i may have to flip a coin.

I feel most companies will never be able to compete with either Samsung or Apple. They both introduce new products with so much fanfare. Whether you hate or love Apple, pretty much every single tech-savvy person know when Apple are introducing their new products. Pretty much every tech-savvy person know or will know when Samsung have introduced, because they promote their stuff like no one else. Apple iBullShit everyone and the iSheep bleat in excitement. Other companies like Sony for instance, promote in a measly fashion.

The Sony Xperia XZ is at least as equally interesting as the LG's, HTC's even more so than the Chinese companies offerings. Yet their products tend to get more bashed than any other products.

I will wait a few more weeks before I import (pre-order) my XZ from UK. By than they might have some promotions or bundles.

Black or Platinum are the color I am considering.

@dacha - you think so? i feel like they would be offering bundles already if they were going to. i am not going to pre-order yet. i will wait until they are available before i order. but right now the dollar is strong and the pound is weak, so it's a slightly better deal. haha.

i'm very curious what US pricing will be though and if they do offer a bundle, i hope it's a cradle or wireless charging or something. speaking of wireless charger, is that supported in the xz? i have no idea.

No wireless charging out the box unfortunately but an additional case may be available after launch just like the Z2.

very poor quality! i feel like my Z1 takes better video.

stabilization might as well not be there. but i guess that's to be expected with LG.

that just goes to show that specs and buzz words are one thing, but implementation and real world results are another.

i think the XZ does a fantastic job of video recording from what i've seen and plan to use it for my vlogging projects.

This thing needs some proper fine adjustment before it gets released.
Holy cow, that thing doesn't do video shooting well at all.
