buti nlng pala smart ako, no problem so far. and im using all the available features and services thay have like smart money, smart banking, lahat. I could transfer funds, pay bills, reload thru my cell lng. It's really very convenient. Im not sure though if globe has it also.
also i dont think i'll ever get a plan sa kahit anong provider kasi diba pag plan ka usually daming mga hidden charges and ndi mo nakocontrol yng calls and txt messages mo. just my 2cents

No, there are no hidden charges for postpaid plan... CERA for example is reflected on your montly bill (at least in my case as Globe subscriber). Every item is being explained in detail... Dont know for Smart, maybe they have hidden charges..

as for globe, i can confirm that there are no hidden charges...
so if you're a smart subscriber, kindly confirm on this forum.. para maliwanagan si jaemee at ibang subscribers...

smart infinity plan, i guess is great for businessmen & women kasi kung prepaid ka nga tapos ang gamit mo ng load e 1000 a week, it would be practical talaga if mag-line ka nlng. whichever provider is best

Both line and prepaid have its advantages and disadvantages naman e.

I'm a sun subscriber and i haven't made any investigation on how they compute the bill. Anyway, if you think there's a misrepresentation on how they bill, why don't you report to DTI Consumer Rights or something?
Anyway, it's simple lang naman. If you like it and you can afford it, get it and pay for it ;o)
