both yes and no... the policies of free upgrades are a bit different depending on the country you are in. In some countries, Sweden for example, some servicepoints requires that there is something wrong with the phone to perform a upgrade under warranty, otherwise you have to pay for it.
You can just say the phone often hangs or something, so they won't charge u for upgrade ! Haha !

For my T610, I got R4D001 CXC125599 EU6 updated
in Athens Greece.
They say the newest.
To be honest I don't see any difference
especially when I am testing Mobile Agent!
