so with that type of battery, the Li-Po it doesn't matter if you fully discharge or fully charge the battery? you can do whatever and it won't shorten the life or damage it?

No one answered my question. With the T68i battery type it doesn't matter if you fully discharge or charge at all? You can do whatever and it'll still keep it's full life?

So you're saying with the T68i battery type I should just do whatever with it and not let it drain? That letting it drain could actually damage it?

snap - When is it best to recharge the Li-ion type battery?
I think no one else can answer this question better than the company who manufactures Li-Ion cells themselves. (GSBattery)
So take this advice from them:
Lithium ion does not suffer from any ill effects from constant charging. However, in general, it is best to keep the battery charged up when ever possible. You see, battery cycle life is shortened by deep discharging, meaning that if you discharge the battery fully, that has a greater long-term ill effect on the battery than if you discharged it only 50% and then recharged it. The best way to maximize the life of your cell is to avoid deep discharges in general. Best of luck,
David Sugrue
GS Battery (USA) Inc.
hope this is enough to eliminate all the confusion and worries about your batteries
