as i see, that green-silver ball could be anything. i can imagine it on a car or on a cosmetic cream as well. sony hasnt got any logo either, they wrote the name on their products. ericsson did the same, combined it sometimes with the /// logo. do loved those on their fones, i mean the /// logo as a small button, or whatever they call in in english. so the idea, as i see it, came from ///, then they created after the fusion a logo and now we find it on their fones.

I dont know the meaning either, but that little green blob thing on the back of my T610 is like a jewel which i love so much, its a symbol for quality, fun, features, and sexy design.
The NOKIA logo, which is normally just a bit of wording put on raised plastic, or even a simple sticker is just plain tacky, boring, and unoriginal.

There are a lot of reasons that i can give and discuss about this topic but for me SE is better than Nokia essencialy becouse SE are building phones thinking much more in the future and to gain more share on market, instead this Nokia is staying "sleeping" relaxed with the large market sales and not inoving much! The new Nokias also have so much bugs that are really annoying, and in my case my T630 works perfectly and nothing bothers me!
Other point is Technical Assistance, the Nokia is so crappy... always bullshiting people with sorrys like "humidity on board" to donīt repair mobiles and force people to buy more.

Well, i think service is about the ppl runing the service center and the least about the ones thinking the whole process of repairing the phone.The service is different in countries as the ppl in those countries r diff'rent.
