umm im downloaded the halo 1 then it said some thing like windows couldnt open it is that ment 2 happen?

oh I'm sorry
open the theme in your theme creaor application and then use the 'print screen' button for a screen capture. paste this into your image editor to crop it a bit et voila!

when you press print screen, you have basically 'copied' the image of your monitor to your clip board.
Now go to your image editor, open a new document and paste your screencap in (ctrl V o the paste command from the edit menu) and then edit it to show only what you want to show us
