okay, if it hasnt been posted already, the best way to get rid of permenant marker is to rub it with a pencil eraser (or rubber as we call them in the UK
) seriously, i kno it sounds wierd but it genuinley does work!

Drop me a PM if you still have no luck, I have some non-corrosive bleach which I use to remove marks on Optical lenses as well as (branded phones...not really for that but it works). You will need to heat it up for it to work but thats easily done and then just give it a few wipes and thats it.
