I did get one of those adaptors but haven't used it. actually I haven't used the wall charger since the first day either, I just use the USB sync/charge cable that came with it

sync/charge cables are so much easier when I am travelling bacl and forth all the time and I use sync/charge cables for my phones and iPAQ too

@ Masseur: Does the USB cable charge the phone? I havent tried but just assumed that the USB chargers didnt work. They are alot smaller to carry though.

it certainly does and I was quite surprised by that but as mentioned, thats all I carry with me now. Mind you the battery lasts forever and I'm only charging once every 4 or 5 days

as it happens, the V800 also came with a USB cable but typical for SE, it can only be used for synching

Spot on fit and solves the problem of the screen hitting the keypad. Had mine for 4 days now and is really good quality.

The 5mb memory is the only, very little flaw in this otherwise great phone. You wont be dissapointed if you do go out and buy one.

the keys do occassionally touch the screen but I have had my magnifying glass out, as you do, and can see no scratches.

Actually my theory is that what you see might be oils from your fingers that have collected on the edges of the metal keys and are then transferred to the screen

if I clean the keys and screen and then close the phone and press firmly, i.e. much harder than I normally would when closing the phone, I get no marks at all on the screen. I have tested this when the phone is both warm and cool.

all in all I don't think its something I will worry about

Have to say three weeks on I am still very very happy with my V3. Im using it for calls and an p900 for data. Will def be keeping it for ages, especially after synching it withOutlook to overcome the sim/phonebook copy problem!
