Does anyone know how to make the PSP see ATRAC3 and/or ATRAC3plus music files?
Mine doesn't seem to acknowledge them!
Do they need a strange folder like the vids do?

@MikLSP The PSP will not be using the Atrac format for the simple reason that Sony is scrapping it, they will release the Music download service scheduled for around May or June which will be different from the current Sony Connect service.
This is where the Ipod killer part comes in, they will then release the video purchasing service shortly afterwards.. I am not sure what movies will be available @ launch but I am sure it will be good.

@themarques funny because when i bought the psp demo disk on ebay which stoped being developed, It Played Previews for loads of games and a couple of movie trailers and 3 audo tracks. First i stared my psp up then i put in the demo disk. Then it showed up in game like ridge racers then after fool around the cd game content i ment to chang my screen colour and i passed buy video it showed trailres i watch them to. then i thought for a wile and went to audio and when i played the file it said ATRAC_3_PLUS on the right side of the screen just like it when you play a mp3 and see mpe on the right side. so where did you get your information

@Sirhackalot Ok then ask yourself why they didnt add SonicStage to the bundled software??? and if you try and use SonicStage to upload Atrac+ it wont recognise the PSP or the memory stick format...
Like I said before they trying to fade it out and there was an interview with one of the VP's of Sony actually agreeing that they made a mistake with sticking to the Atrac format.

Well I have put ATRAC3 files & ATRAC3plus files on the Duo in the music folder & it acted like there was nothing there.
I also tried putting them in a seperated folder from the mp3s but still nothing.
