same old same old with nokia. They just stick an i at the end of the model number, and do the slightest modification and people fall for it. The ideas are not exactly revolutionary as compared to the the V3 and D500 to name but a few.

@iam123456mail, your type of argumentation is full of bull..., we´ve been talking since the beggining of s40 phones vs kxxx series and now you talk about s60 when things get difficult for your side??? Who´s been talking about s60??? It´s a neat interface, no one said anything agains that, but in non-smartphones Nokia SUCKS, period.
And don´t tell me SE is copying s60 OS for kxxx, txxx OS because they´re an evolution of the one present in t68 for instance - when there´s wasn´t any s60 phone - or even any decent color nokia phone
But if you want something to compare with s60, take a look at UIQ 3.0 that will come in new SE smartphones (p1000 and p200??)

@Arez
I must say the pictures you send are completely pointless and do not quite prove a single thing. What you show are just skins for a given UI. Not the actual UI itself. Sure these pictures look nice, but that's just graphics.
There are tons and tons of skins for S60 that surely look nicer or uglier than those you sent. If you want to actually compare UIQ 3.0 vs S60 (and its new version), then lets compare those. UI graphics are customizable at will as we know it.
So is the new S40 also.
Anyway, this thread is going banana as usual. Dialog of deaf. Who gives a damn.
As to T68, when Nokia had 7210, I remember very very well these so called

fans saying 4k colors vs 256 colors doesnt matter, and one cant see the difference (really?!) And here see: all this thread is turning around

having 262k while Nokia has 65k (262k in 6680, 81, 82)... Anyway in my opinion 6230i really is the best candybar released among

and Nokia releases today.
But whatever.

K750i is indeed significant for SE in supporting memory slot in small form factor phone. Nokia / Moto already have this long time ago in 6230/E398.
My advice is if u like K750i buy it 3-4 months after release. There will sure be a big drop in price as competing mid-end 6230i has a much lower price. i doubt very much K750i can compete with Nokia Series 60 smartphone or Moto MS/SP.
K750i is a big step forward for SE in the mid-range. Somehow SE is still very lacking in the high-tech high-end smartphone which is currently skyrocketing.

Buddy don't fool yourself ! 3-4 months after release - then you are talking about 2006 - right?SE ,been a fairly small company and having the financial problems they have (search google for financial comments), have a reputation to take ages into bringing out a cell after announcing it ! ! ! By that time other manufacturers have already something similar or better out there ! I will be surprised to see a 2MP SE Cellphone before christmas. ;-) greetings from South Africa. Mario

K750i just an upgrade of a K700i, your kidding aren't you....
I'm not. Why should I? The changes from K700i to K750i are pretty similar than changes from 6230 to 6230i. And if 6230i is just a minor update, you can hardly call K750i a new model, but a pretty similar update. In fact they could have name it K700ii.

@Orange, you must be joking...changing a vga camera to a 2mp camera with autofocus is NOT minor upgrade...radio with rds is not a minor upgrade...MS till 2gb support is not a minor upgrade...etc
@mario2002, k750i is due to start selling in Q2, so how come you´ll see 2mp phones only in 2006. Financial problems??? Please give us the links lol
@Super G i only spoke of UIQ because your fellow nokia fan boy brought s60 to the discussion when we were talking about s40 vs kxxx
Ah, i just like to remember you that t68 had bluetooth already, a tiny little detail...
Well, my conclusion from all this is that new SE releases vs Nokia´s are making nokia lovers a bit mad...they´ll even say black is white and white is black....lol
