I don't know if I will hear anything more to be honest....I think they will just look into it and the only way we will know is if the link and seller dissapears....he has continually altered the auction such as adding a buy it now option since last night....hopefully something will be done but as its the weekend I shouldnt think anything will happen untill tommorow....I cant believe someone has bid on his item!!!!!
Its a real shame that ebay gets ruined by things like this.....on friday there was a guy selling a link to 'buy' V800's for 20 pounds....shockingly enough the item was bid on by 25 or so people and ended up at selling for £87!!!! I dont get why people bid for things like that and I really think ebay should ban and remove all sellers that sell links...its not what ebay is about!!

The more people who report the sale as a fraudulent one, the more they will have to look into it. So instead of one person reporting maybe some more should report it too.

Sadly ebay's full of those stupid 'link' auctions, they're unfortunately legal - just - by offering the phone as a 'free gift' for buying an ebook or signal booster for £20 ! They should be illegal imho regardless of their format.
It will be interesting to see what SE have to say about this!
