@Jonteponte: I don't think that you will be able to install your own games on your phone. The game has to be certified before it can run on the phone, and only the Mophun guys can certify your game.
Btw, the price of the games should be 3-5 $ (or Euros), but that really depends on the operators (maybe they'll give some of them for free, but maybe they'll also beef up the prices to see how much money are people willing to pay
).
@sanjeevjaya: You can download the SDK from
http://www.mophun.com . You have to register first, but it is all free...

But I'm not 100% sure. I'll get back on that.
It would be pretty cool to have a kickass game on your phone and you know you are the only one having it. And think of the possibilites of playing around and doing demos in the old 8-bit style! I'm gonna try to do some of my old vectorballs-routines on the T300. I'm hoping it will be easy converting some of my old Amiga-sources
No matter what, the gameflets can be distributed in raw form to be played on the simulator so maybe there is hope for the game/demoscene anyway!

I asked one of the biggest Mobile Chains here in Sweden about the T300 last week. They said they would have it in two weeks. But I had to educate him about the Gaming Platform in the T300. He had absolutely no idea about that. But he was interested and I gave him the info he needed to read more bout it. Always a pleasure helping out retailers educating themselves

Everything is releative. My current phone is a 5110. The T300 is alot more managable. But I don't see the need if you have a 68i. Maybe if youre passionate about games and/or want to develop them.
