Dont know if this can be solution. Try out TimePane, its a simple app but you can control the light as well with a "one button push". Beside that its a great app and give quick access to your favorite apps.

I'm interested in the new R5 firmware, although I've been using the R4 with no problems. Is there a site wherein they list down the improvements of the firmware? I don;t see it in the official SE page.
