The only temperory way is by using Brute Force method. You have to connect & disconnect ur dial-up connection untill you get full GPRS. This was working today. I got success 4 times.

Hi shivam to use free gprs on phones with singlechannel gprs access we have to find another proxy and port i think.

I have tried this in my PC and I got the internet access to every site also on the first day. Yesterday I have tried again and its allowing any site other than Airtel live and yahoo wap site. Are you getting the net still freely?
Please reply..

friends, using bruteforce in not recomented, because only 1 out of 10 attempt will win. so find some usefull ways like spartan's.

And most of the phones we have had single channel, so if any one find single channel trick, it will really usefull.

But there are no other methods(currently) than Brute Force method for single channel gprs users.
To fool airtel proxy, we need multichannel gprs. Othrwise you have to search for other proxy. I heard that 100.1.200.16:80 was working earlier(never worked with me). Alternately, you may try airtelmms.com apn also. But for all these, you need luck.

@Alan:

Hey Alan, is there any way of fooling the Hutch proxy. I mean can we bypass the data counter of 10p/10kb? I can use Hutch wap(Rs 49+10p/10kb per month) for internet on pc but this 10p/10kb is draining a lot of money.

I personnaly think that we should always search for alternatives because this airtel trick will not last for ever. Think about it.

Hi everyone and thanks to shivam i am able to connact to the net on my pc . But there are 2 problems i am facing
1)my yahoo messenger signs me off automatically and even gets some errors and terminates while others see me active and scold me a lot for not replying
2)i tried to download some songs and cracks using torrents and through rapidshare server i get error on it.
i)rapidshare give an error for being behind the proxy i can not download
ii) using Bit torrent and Mu Torrent i get errors that no port is available and the torrent is not correct

The idea of download was just because i get an awsome download speed of 11kbps on my w800i but the surfing is too slow

thanks to every one

And i apologize for using un-ethical words on the forum

It's not possible to bypass data counter in HUTCH Proxy(That's what I think)
Yes. 6630 supports multichannel GPRS and gives very good speed. So do buy that phone. I'm a user of 6630.
