Not really, The ISO reading is from ExifReader, but i mean why my photo looks suck in all auto mode?

Ok, some things to try:
Rest the phone on a stable surface first, make it steady.
Low light with flash
1. Normal scene, enable flash. Quite fast shutter speed, ISO is 400 (bad quality) Photo will be dark and grainy
2. Twilight portrait scene, enable flash, 0.5 shutter speed, ISO is 200 (much better quality) Brighter less grain
3. Is the
2 photo too bright or too dark?
Too dark: Decrease shutter speed to 1 second. Too bright: Increase shutter speed.
Try that, post photos
Things to change in low light with flash: Shutter speed, ISO and flash strength (controlled by EV position: EV-2 = weak flash, EV +2 = strong flash)

Probably worth remembering again that as you change ISO manually, they are approximate values in EXIF so the first pic could be below ISO 100.

You're asking a tiny sensor with small xenon flash to light up an outdoor area of complete darkness.
You can still get good results, experiment with it, ill try tonight.
Could you upload photos with
tinypic then post the URL here?
It's a shame we can't have 2 second shutter speed or many other features that didnt work out, but raiderski has done a great job of what can be done

I think you are right, the C901 lens is to small when compare with K800i, i think this is the main reason, i will upload some pic tonight

sensitivity to light and the

shutter speed options avaliable, K800 has 2 seconds shutter speed, double the exposure of C901
xenon in phones is meant for indoor pics, try some of them you will get better results
