hi peeps!
just wanted to commend SMARTNET for their great service. I went there yesterday to have my software upgrade. I thought they were open till 530pm so I dropped by at 445pm. Hanggang 5pm lang pala! They said na pwede pa daw ihabol. I got my phone back around 515pm. Hanep! Nag-OT pa sila!
So to all SMARTNET staff -- 4 thumbs up! (pati sa toes.
) Keep up the great service!

I just got an upgrade to R5D007 from Smartnet and it was well worth the wait! I had to rush my unit because something happened with the display in some aspects and I think the upgrade fixed them bugs. The staff there are so nice and accomodating. hands down, bar none. Thanks peeps.
Also, my settings and the tones (a few which I painstakingly composed of my own "widow" talents), wallpapers, themes, and calendar entries were all retained (maybe I just got lucky for the retentions part coz some may have theirs wiped-out during the process)! Best of all, I didn't ahve to pay a cent coz the waranty covers it!
Advertising ba to? I owe it to you guys, keep it up!

mine is remove after i upgrade to r5d007 I'd have to set again my mms. I called smartnet and say that's ok
