Engaging in this sort of war is fruitless. There are more than enough points each side could throw at the other in an endless exchange of jibes.
Not worth it.

That was a quick and mature reply from the Chief of Staff of E series. Can we hear from the Chief of Staff of N series(Area) and his 2IC(pxt)?

Thank you brym. Please let us not forget one thing here. When will see a good thing we should applaud it. Nokia in recent times have been really innovative while SE have not really lived up to their reputation. Maybe W960 would change things.
i am still a sony ericsson man anyway and just as you mentioned i stumbled onto esato looking for themes for my k700i
@Amby...I think the problem you are having with the transfer is as result of a difference in platform. I will give NOKIA a call maybe they can get a small java app to do the trick.
@234hay... Oh boy there are more than enough java apps. Just google the internet. One good java app is Go-Bible Kjv. There are also Gmail, migg33plus, flurrymail etc. Wait, here is a good site:
www.getjar.com.

@brym!: Until tonight, I wasn't aware that I was Chief of Staff of anything! What happened to the perks of the office?

@pxt: You are a true niger-delta war lord (sorry, I meant nokia war lord).

. About time you overthrow Area, he's always AWOL.
@AYA: perks ko, pecks ni!
@amby: I'm surprised you got that response from the E65 because I've used that feature to move contacts from an N73 smartphone to a 8800 sirocco(a s40 phone). Why would Nokia remove the feature from the E65 beats me.
?My two cents: Nokia has since caught up with SE and gone beyond...just look at the variety and stability of s60 smartphones. Even SE diehards are admiting that SE's UIQ is dying and are writing a letter to the new CEO of SE to save the platform.
In regular phones Nokia S40 phones are into their 4th interface review, SE is going to their third.
Boy! SE has lost it, they slept!

I think MTN's 3G network is live in some cities only waiting for activation. In Ibadan where I live, I have connected to the 3G network over the past few days and I can say it is more stable than their 2g network, though video phone and internet are not working yet, but my p990i, nokia 6630 and e90 clearly showed that I'm connected to a 3G network.
How to know? Go to your phone network selection and select manual instaed of automatic. Your phone should indicate the presence of MTN-NG 3G in addition to MTN-NG and other networks. Please, let us know where and where the 3G networks are ready.
For Ibadan, MTN ready, Glo, Celtel, Mtel, Al-Heri, not ready.

Adrusa: You may be mistaken there. Simply selecting 3G in network settings displays the '3G' icon on the standby display. This does not indicate a 3G presence, but simply that the phone is in 3G mode.
That you have not been able to connect with it also reinforces this.
I just popped in my MTN SIM and left my E61i in dual mode i.e. active on both GSM & UMTS networks - no indication of a 3G signal, yet it should indicate if indeed a 3G signal is present. When I manually selected 3G/UMTS instead of GSM, the '3G' icon showed up. I couldn't connect either.
This same scenario is what plays when I have a Celtel or Glo SIM too.

there a tranfer application that does it in the tools folder..
I already tried that, but after pairing both devices, the E65 could not accept the transfer. Error message was 'Datamover.sis not supported.' You would think that the E65 being a business phone would be easy to use, but no. nokia is way behind SE when it comes to innovation, and functionality, Period.
