Now I need to update to 2.1 (the SE software says I have latest). Is there a way to flash it to 2.1 and keep the X10a capability (US 3G bands).
I also want to root it.

You'll find it on the memory card that comes with the phone. You can also download the new versions of pc companion, update service and pc suite. You get the drivers with the programs.

I downloaded the latest version of pc companion I don't have pc suite I don't think & I think update servic is the latest not sure
EDIT: I re-downloaded all the pc companion & SEUS software to no avail it just will not find the SEMC USB Flash driver
Is there a link someone can give me to the driver??
