@Amby...The price of Nokia phones is one of the things i have against them. I still have my SE W800i and i am waiting to see how W960 will be b/4 upgrading

I've used both Nokia and SE,but in my opinion i think SE has an edge. Its not about churning out phones every other week, but bringing out top class phones.

Here's some information (cold, hard facts) that may help fuel the SE vs Nokia war:
Nokia's global market share climbs to 39%

This isn't meant to be a war b/w se and nokia. agreed nokia sell better than se, but the majority of their sales are in the low end category. se only just realised that. of course nokia makes some very good phones like the e61 and the n95, but it doesn't take away the fact that there are some excellent se phones out there too. this nokia vs se argument started when I didn't get satisfaction from a nokia phone, a satisfaction se has given me. for this reason I choose se. Aya has found the same satisfaction in a nokia just as Mariwun has with his iphone.
I hope u understand what I'm driving at. everyone is entitled to their opinions about which company makes the better phone.
3g check: got into lag this morning. at the airport, both glo and celtel have the 3g label on my
phone, but only glo shows 3g at gbagada where I live. glo obviously has a wider 3g coverage here in lag. can't wait to try out free 3g browsing.

Finally, Ambyzown joins me! Welcome, my guy. One less gladiator in the war. As I've said, its a pointless war. Yab a brand all you like, and someone out there will give you sound, valid reasons why that brand meets his need.
@amby: I have a warm, fresh shawarma here, and an empty sit in the spectators' box, if you please.

@AYA: You want to share sharwama with someone who called your E61i a saucer? Na wa.
Well, if you don't mind, please serve my portion of that sharwama with ...em your saucer!

@brym: Anyone is free to call any phone by any monicker. It means absolutely nothing to me, so far as the phone does well what it is advertised to do. You deserve a shawarma too anyway. Hop on a stool while I place an order for yours.

@aya: wasnt mocking u, dont be a cry baby.
@ALL: Repeating a point i made during the last nokia SE war(that was about a yr ago) the only real index for measuring the 2 companies' phones is to pair up phones in the same price range then compare specs. If i had pc access to the net, i would have tabled out a few. Im sure amby could do us the honours!
