Its just opinion and taste. The only white phone i ever had was the w900i. It was a great phone but hated the colour but it was the only one on Vodafone at the time. I just think white makes phones look a bit cheap and toy like. The w800i was horrible with white and orange

For the first time I think I'm going to have to disagree with you. The colours of the W800 were very nice. The white was more of a cream colour. Just off from white. I do miss my W800 as well.
Oh. Zagg now do an Invisable shield full body protection for the Aino so the white one will be kept in excellent condition if one is applied

I'm getting the white for two reasons
1. Looks. Although the black is sexy, Aino in white is simply sexier. The only reason I'd go black is if it had that rubberised effect we've seen on black K800s and C905s.
2. Exclusivity. In the UK only O2 have it in white (and most O2 users have iPhones) so there will be very few white Ainos out there. It happened with the first limited edition silver K800, the W760 black, K850 black/green and black/silver and it will happen with Aino. It'll stand out from the crowd which is half the reason I buy new sexy phones.
I agree with pt020 et al that W800 looked good with white. White suits some phones and doesn't others but
usually pick the right phones to release in white.

Guess its just a matter of taste in colour. Guess also it can also mean type of build and plastics used. I seen the white LG Cookie on O2 and it looked and felt cheap. The w900i was made of nice glossy hard plastic but some white plastics can look cheap. Its just my opinion not going to argue lol

I prefer my themes to be bright too but with a dark phone. The lighter colours i like are silver but alot of people say silver is boring. The silver w995 looks gorgeous but i ended up getting a black one. Like the c901 just to me looks smarter in black than Greenheart white
