I dont even know if thats impressive since I dont care much for specs like this. As long as the phone will run to date versions of Android and some of the latest games those figures are pretty boring.

Long as it continues to run as beautifully as it has been I'm very happy
Galaxy S3 is the 1st Android I have not thrown a Custom ROM into, I often browse through XDA when I'm bored, look through all the new custom ROMS and then think to myself "Why fix it when it ain't broke?" Plus I enjoy using the TW UI, I don't even use a 3rd party launcher, I've got Nova Launcher installed but I just don't use or care for it, only reason I keep it is because I bought it when I was using the Galaxy S2.
Anyway
Here's what Samsung gets for making by far the best Android smart and superphones on the market

Apart from better hardware and higher spec cpu and screen I dont see how they can improve it. I know they will but hopefully in battery life.
I can run my Sgs3 from full to flat in 2 hours of very heavy use.

That's why Samsung have created the 8core Exynos 5 Octa SoC, it's meant to reduce power consumption with half of those cores being the low power Cortex-A7 based cores to handle lower volume tasks, mix that with the possibly larger battery the S4 will have and lower power display and we may see an improvement.
Samsung have been very consistent in improving power consumption and battery capacity with each new Galaxy S and Galaxy Note smartphone, as well as reducing heating up, my S3 doesn't reach the ridiculously high temperatures that my S2 used to.

It looks more attractive than a fully functional SGS3.

Probably still faster, smoother and more functional than any Android Sony has made to date.
