Hello im still here. Not well at all. Have spent the last 24 hours puking my guts up, to weak to even go downstairs and turn the pc on. Now the missus has got it and im shitting it in case the little un gets it. Going to have to send her to my mums. Apart from that im gr8! :-(

Mornin. Had to get up early to take missus to train station, not happy bout it. I finally persuaded the mother to get the sports channels on cable so i can watch footy 2day (but not the deizenal game coz we aint got premiership plus)
