This is exactly how I feel about it, which may explain why there are so many "clone" phones. It's all about choice for the consumer. Maybe there will be two or three phones with similar specs, but they'll all be slightly different, and the consumer will have to choose what's best for their purposes.

Count me in on that! Maximys' updated info on release dates just made my day a DOUBLE Cocoa Mint Ice Cream day (Oli's post on being able to SMS send/recieve while browsing the NetFront browser also made my day)! THis is just 2 days after my birthday and having the K850i & the W760i will totally rock!
Any further news on SE development of A2 user features to come down the pipe?

Imho, we won't see any major revisions on the A-series platforms for this year. A200 is very powerful and yet all of it's core features aren't exploited yet. i.e WiFi support. Shiho as stated by m-one will be A200 but i have strong belief that to separate it further to the other A200 phones it should have something unique besides the camera boost: WiFi. i hope there will be an Nvidia graphics chip installed on it. the hardware platform is underpowered when it comes to graphics/video rendering. it's now time that we should have H.264 VGA 30Fps video on an SE phone

I also concur! However I hope SE sources new baseband cpu's able to handle Java & core system attributes (seperate threads & isolated from one another) with more power efficiency & faster cpu clock cycles & system bus speeds. Along with teh nVidia mobile gpu this will make future phones on A200 platform incredible!
For now, the W760i will suffice for my needs - although I think I'll miss the 5MP cam in my K850i as I'm starting to get used to its abilities & liking it more & more.
PS, is Shiho the upgrade to the K850i?

Having an dedicated Nvidia GPU is great when it comes to gaming, video playing, video recording and imaging. in fact even the old GoForce 5500 model features a dedicated audio processor that boost sound quality. i think this is the best way to address the nowadays SE's poor video and audio quality among it's imaging and music phones. and since it's old now the development cost for the integration will not be so expensive. SE should carefully think of this for the sake of quality.

It supposedly is and is rumoured to have a small upgrade to the A2 platform.
