It could be one of two things.
Firstly, and most likely its a scam. They claim to have 88 of the phones, due November. I dont think SE are even taking preorders, so a third party dealer certainly couldnt, as they cant guarantee they'd get any phones from SE anyway.
Secondly, they dont have the phones, and are taking preorders for it, which they probably cant keep ! Since the price on ebay is £149, that'll probably go up possibly higher than the sim free price SE will sell them for.
Better to just wait for the phones release.

I live in the US and I was wondering....
1. Is EDGE backwords compatible with GPRS
2. Is the S710 going be released the same time as the S700
3. Does anyone know about the remote control option that comes on the K700 and will be on the S700, I think it is like PC control but I was wondering if anyone has played with it.

1. Im not an expert on EDGE, but i think they're totally different technology so they dont work together. But, the S710 would probably have both EDGE and GPRS anyway.
2. Probably, if not only a month or so later.
3. Probably. Since the S700 is pretty much the same phone as the K700i anyway, i cant see SE removing any of its features.
Im not talking from knowledge of any insider SE information, but in general, what ive said is the most likely.

All edge devices support normal GPRS as well (edge is just an extended version of GPRS using a different modulation technique).

To repeat myself from another page in this thread.. SE have said the S700 will be priced higher than the Z1010, and a little cheaper than a P900.
Sim-free in the UK it'll probably be around £350-£400, or on contract around £150-£200.

Isnt it annoying when peole keep on asking the same questions over and over again next someone will probably ask when it will be out.
