Anyone here knows where in d Phils can i upgrade my T68mc into an i? Got it as a gift from a friend & i heard that it can be upgraded to an i. Any info is highly appreciated.

@joms i dunno dude if u can have ur t68mc upgraded, semicon and other service centers perform upgrades only on the t68m. Check pnoy chit chat 4 more info.

To those in the US or other places that don't have service centers that will flash an 68m to a 68i, do it yourself!
There is a thread on this board about how to do it, but bascially you need a cable (www.logosunlimited.co.uk has them for 12.99). Once you have the cable you need the files (http://www.esato.com/board/viewtopic.php?topic=12114&forum=17 is the thread that has lots of post listing different locations of different versions).
Pick RC5001 if you have the old gray t68m to get the most recent t68i stuff.
Then go to
www.unlocking.co.uk and email them at
ericsony@unlocking.co.uk and say you want to get logs to flash you t68. You will need one to unlock if your phone is locked, and one to flash. They will email you the software and an email address to paypal them the 8$ per log.
Then you flash away!

@nookiehunter - so it's confirmed? I can have my t68mc upgraded to an i in greenhills? Woohoo! P1000 bucks is a little steep tho...can you tell me exactly which part/shop of greenhills i can go to? I went to Semicon and SE in Makati and only got depressed...

@nookie, heard of any1 who done it (upgrade mc 2 i) in GH? I'm afraid 2 upgrade my cel @ GH that they can't fix it if something goes wrong after or during d process. Do u guys have any ideas?
