For the moment I have a cheap cover but I will change it soon enough, the X Performance was an afterthought of a device because you see how well the XZ is optimised compared to it despite having the near identical specs.
I'm not the type to frequently change my phone, I like to keep it for at least 2 years. I usually wait until something awesome comes out.

Youtuber PHONE BATTLES decided to test how long XZP could record 4K before
it gets hot.
After 1h42min the phone ran out of memory, there was no sd card inside. Temperature
was 39 celsius. No overheating pop up showed up.
If it had a 128gb card, it would easily reach 2,5 hours.or even more.
Other flagships are limited by software. He said he did not need to test them
because he knew they could not keep much.
S8 and OP5 allow you record 10 min of 4K. U11 only 6 min
G6 does not have limits, but probably cannot match XZP

I saw that lumberjack... i intend to take advantage of this in the near future! Pretty awesome. It definitely shows how Sony has come a LONG way in heat control.
I look forward to the new flagships at IFA, but i think my XZP is going to keep me happy for the next few years.

Actually H.265 could help him already, way smaller size

Does XZ1 look like this picture?
Colors are pink, blue and black... The 4th might be the silver.
Colors are exactly the ones leaked..
