is it any idea to uppdate to new 035 if i have a k850 who runs good with 037 ??? (doubt that yes)

I've got a similar problem with the CDA but in my case it's CDA12345678/123 R11A 1200-5441 R1EA037 1E0W WESTERN-EURO
I cannot update even if I got the phone reflashed from SE this week and I should be able to as some people from Spain can without problems.
Does anybody have similar problems with CDA and updated well?
