Well did you tried the automatic search options. It should find your phone if connected to USB cable (phone mode) and if the drivers for it are installed correctly.

from pc - is V, very easy - start mpe, windows explorer - select the file you
want to transfer to the phone, right click and select "upload to phone" from
the context menu

from the phone - start mpe, select files from the left side of the main
window, pick phone or card and select the folder, in the right window select
the file and then click the blue down arrow on the toolbar. You'll get a
"save as" window so your can pick your location :-]
