basically they said i had to pack it up and send it to them,and they will repair / replace it,but it can take 6 weeks!! ffs!!

Well my mates only the otehr week got the 3 red light problem, all he did was took it back to where he got it from (gamestation) with the receipt and they just replaced the console there and then......
