More than 70% of people wont be looking at benchmarks when selecting their phone. The first thing people think when selecting a phone is how it looks...Noboby can beat Sony there....Second is the Screen and size of the phone...5" may be comfortable for some, but they can be too big for others...Then the performance and reviews...Even though Sony's latest phones comes with the latest processor or GPU, the optimisation done by Sony Engineers can beat anything...
The last thing is the interface...Sony's interface is light and fast...Their Walkman and Media app is Super...You should also know that Samsung GS3's ability to play video while tying messages and Note 2's ability to ability to open multiple apps in same window is cool too...Things like that will pull people to buy these phones...Sony should come with things like that...

YUGA have whitemagic and dust and water resistance which no other phone can have ...So Make people aware of it in the advt how white magic can reduce power consumption and water resistance is plus...Dont forget Dragon Trail Glass...

Samsung Galaxy S series is already a proven winner....So beat that winner is a more difficult task...But with the right move anybody can win...

I'm confident that the 1080p White Magic screen of the Yuga will beat HTC's Super LCD2 and any 1080p AMOLED Samsung comes up with (with or without Pentile).

Meh, I don't think Sony will be able to compete on the SOC front unless they buy out some other company and start making their own chips. Even still, the one in Yuga should be more than enough for even the toughest of tasks.

I wonder what sort of accessories Sony plans to launch with the next gen of phones. They seem to be much more aware that customers want a nice selection of accessories going by the Xperia Tablet, so hopefully they'll have some standout stuff to go with Yuga

To be frank, after the GS3 I am not THAT worried about Samsung. GS3 was a disappointment to me personally and I am sure GS4 will be the same. And also even if Samsung does provide better performance than Yuga, it will be only for 5 months, as the Sony Q4 flagship will destroy GS4.

Well, we've had quite a lot of info about Yuga... what other hardware features could they possibly put in there to make it better? I'm still hoping for an IR transmitter.

I'm very excited that Sony are now releasing their phones on the various major carriers here in Canada. It sucked for many that they were solely on Rogers until now. Are they doing the same thing down in the USA?

Not yet in USA. They will by the end of next year.

Anyway, I am trying to get more info on how S4 Quad krait will measure up against Samsung Exynos 5450.
