Great find. Except for obvious noise in the pic there is no real downside of XP's (but you also get a lots of details with XP's camera). Xperia XP's camera is on par with the rest of the best. Night shot is vastly improved compared to Z5's camera.

Is there any 8mp xperia x pics? I'm sure it's better than 23mp because my xperia z5 compact 8mp pictures looks better than 23mp ones with way lesser noise. For lowlights u guys should use handheld twilight because it's a beast in low light

No compromise sounds promising although the slimming down of the portfolio looks drastic. Fewer models and more marketing sounds like a plan though.
