The S700 will be using the 900/1800/1900 band while
the S710 will be using the 850/1800/1900 band. As you already stated, the S710 will also feature EDGE.
In terms of color, it is still unknown which version will have black exclusively or both versions will be available in black.

For the silver colored S700, the exterior of the phone (both the screen side and the camera side) is silver. But the area with the keys and buttons is gonna have a darker grey area.
