ja nee, that really was sad, all those people dying so needlessly. I mean, big truck vs incoming train... Doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out which vehicle will win...

Yep, their music aint half bad, boet. That particular song epitomizes many things, not least of which is the spirit to hold on... It's akin to Rudyard Kipling's beautiful poem entitled IF.

Click here to see how the fast the world champ typed out the sentence below as an sms.

The razor-toothed piranhas of the genera Serrasalmus and Pygocentrus are the most ferocious freshwater fish in the world. In reality, they seldom attack a human.

"If" is one of my favorites as well....

Gee wizz! That is fast! Wonder how quickly he would be able to type out "If"....

Anyway, exams went well, except for the fact that on the way back to the office I saw the most beautiful girl in the world...and she saw me...and I did nothing...Typical day:-)

One thing that continues to baffle me every time I do an exam at university is this: Why do they have {turn page} at the bottom every time you have to turn the page? You would figure that after 12 years of education a student would have that little bit down, the bit where you turn the page over. Not exactly rocket science to figure that one out Einstein!

I know technology has come a long way, but really, how many 18+ year olds do you know that has not ever touched a book? Yes...Okay, so you do. Now how many of them has gotten into University? Exactly!
I mean, you got to separate those who can think and those who can't. Now the application form is usually a good start.

Imagine something like this:
"So you can't complete the form? Oh I see. Could be a little problem with most of our subjects...or all of them. By the way sir, are you aware of the fact that you are a dog aswell? No prejudice and PLEASE don't sue us, but I am sure you do need to be human to enroll here, however our vetenary branch does have a spot open for someone of your, um, fine breed..."

{scroll down}

The world has truly become one screwed up place. Every side of everything has to be covered legally. I mean, has there been any court case where the accuser won the legal settlement against a University for not being instructed to {turn page} and as a result his whole life is screwed, and he could have been Brad Pitt and married Angelina, but now he can't due to failing the paper?

So, enough of my daily weird look at life...

How you oaks doing?
