Your CDA is of the correct combination. Nothing's wrong with it. It's just SEUS that hasn't updated it yet. It may be locked to any operator or branded?
If you can't wait, you may change CDA to the 'SEUS-friendly' one like CDA 1202-5694 WESTERN-EUROPE or 1201-8437 APAC-ANZ via Davinci or KulanKendi.

EDIT: OK, I think it will cost £8.30. If I live in the UK should I choose this K850i R1FA035 CID52 CUSTOMIZED UK/ BLUE WESTERN-EUROPE?

I choose the cust uk one. However i had probs with it as i lost my little g and e. I then choose the united kingdom green one not any customised ones and its loads better. Every thing works fine.

I don't know what's wrong with my phone. I did follow the tips in firmware updating. But I still got this error message.
It's the first time it happened to me. When I updated from 31 to 37 it went smoothly.

thanks but my phone is unbranded and i dont want to pay to do the update..so the only solution is to wait??

The top one (UK Velvet) is stock UK Generic. Its a barebones release that comes with all generic phones.
The bottom one (Customized) is stock UK Generic with added media. It comes with extra ringtones, themes, wallpapers, demo tour.
Update to Customized UK, it has more media which might be useful.

rss_ndsrn - Your best bet is uninstall update manager, restart the computer, reinstall update manager. Remove and reinstall the batter from your phone and try again. If it fails, I would just suck it up and pay the money from Davinci:(
