the reason i wanted to upgrade the firmware is because ayaw na mag-work ng bluetooth ko for no apparent reason...it used to work but siguro mga 4-5 months ko na d nagamit and now it won't work...it can't detect other bluetooth devices and they can't detect me...
do you think a firmware upgrade can fix this? thanks po uli

guys, i have a problem (actually prang gusto ko na maiyak). almost 1 year na sakin P800 ko ndi pako nagkakaproblema d2 pero kanina i was holding my P800 sa right hand ko and same with the things i bought sa plastic bag ng ministop. yung sister ko nagpaka-bayani at nag-offer na tulungan ako sa plastic bag na hawak ko. bigla nya hinatak yng plastic bag, e hawak ko din sa same hand yng P800 ko, ayun bumagsak. when i opened the leather case, everything was pinkish in color, yng background, yng text, yng icons, basta light pinkish lahat, kinabahan nako so ni off ko and on ulit, ok na yng screen ulit pero dun sa may lower part ng screen (just below the icon nung clock, battery and speaker status/settings merong parang mga black (blank) dots, prang black pixels, maliit lng naman and konti pero ndi tlaga ako mapakali, tagal na sakin neto e, mahal ko na sya. basta un, pano kaya un. and wen i tried to tap my fone thinking it wld disappear, naging pinkish ulit lahat and nung ni-tap ko ulit naging ok na ulit basta ganun. konting tap lng nag-iiba na ung screen.
...waaaaah, ano kaya nangyari d2?
Is it a major problem ba na dpat nako magpanic?
and if ever kaya ipapagawa ko sa SESS or semicon, magkano kaya magagastos ko. sa LCD ba kaya to?
I hope you could help me, my husband said i-reset ko daw ulit fone ko. master reset and reformat. i dnt know if it would work. syempre kung hardware to dba, useless and reset.

so sorry to hear about the P800. the black dots are most likely dead pixels.
as for the rest of the screen turning pink, you can have it checked at semicon or smartnet but it sounds like you would have to replace the LCD as it was probably damaged by the impact. master reset will not solve anything.
