Wait....which one are you going for the placcy one or the metal one? lol
Just going to have a little look at the fonts now
I'm loving Intelliscreen atm, installed it yesterday and it's better than i ever thought it would be. Sometimes it's a pain to have to unlock your phone just to check an email thats not important and it's nice to be able to check it on the lockscreen

sweet got the font working

I'm interested to know how it worked as there was a load of different fonts in the cache folder already, and the same fonts as well, and obviously after copying them over and rebooting they worked! How does it know how to apply the fonts? hmm
Yeah intelliscreen is wicked, i've had it on my pc for ages and like you just never got round to installing it, but pleased i did now. As well as your email, you can get news feeds and by swiping across the story you want it pops open a half screen size bubble like a mini browser so you can view the story. I recommend giving it a go

yeah i know, i think the iphone has the ability to change to the different fonts but apple havent enabled it yet, cus i cant see any reason why all fonts will be in there, unless they are just used for website and document rendering, helivicta must be the default font it uses, so any other font we want to used must be renamed to that and it still thinks its uing the default
i will try and get intelliscreen installed this weekend

Yeah I found a little guide on t'internet and realised that Helvetica and HelveticaBold are used at the main system fonts. The lock screen clock uses a different one for example. Gonna have a general mess around with it and try some different fonts out over the next few days.
I like that font you gave me though.... not too illegable and it gives a funky look
I'm liking the 'new' bossprefs type toggle switcher for the springboard SBSettings, much quicker to toggle ssh and wifi than opening boss prefs

Question for the iphone owners please. My current Voda contract expired this week so I'm free to get a new phone and the iphone is close to being the one I go for. Not happy about having to go over to O2 if I do but not seeing any other option sadly.
My main concern though is texting. I have to use sms a lot and one of the most important features for me is delivery reports. I'm told the iphone doesn't have delivery reports? Is this true and if so is there a way of getting them without having to put the code before the number every time? Also I was told it can't do texts to groups? Or to multiple contacts? Or forward texts?
Now I've got an iPod Touch 32GB so I know how great the device is for the web, music, videos, and the app store is great. And I often think I should just get the iPhone so I can have it all in one device. But from what I've read on it the actual phone part of it is really, really basic and missing a lot of features that make me scratch my head as to why they've been omitted.
So I'm really tempted to get one. But at the same time am worried about compromising the phone side of things... which at the end of the day is what it ultimately is!!

Only real thing missing is MMS, vital to some, not to others, call quality is loud and clear, that's what you use a phone for really
My son in law got one last week so i'm getting some experience with his, he likes it, and that's coming from an innov8

mms isn't such an issue as pics etc can be sent by email I guess. So it does have delivery reports, sms to groups/multiple contacts and forwarding of texts then?
