where i live, the K850i is worth $250-$300 CAD now. N82 is still 400+.

Anyways, phone doing well, no quirks thus far. Only complaint is the lingering M2 issues.

Look at my pics, have you seen noise or color aberration? Some users use all the functions of the camera... This phone isn't point and shoot. If you think this you're wrong.

You could flash to another fw using davinci but it'll cost you $$.
There's no free alternative to SEUS

I sometimes view it through a Terminal services connection and the pics do get annoying - if there's another thread then best post them there, you'd probably get better advice, or maybe just link to the pics so they aren't scaled down anyway- there's enough free pic hosts out there to use ( mine's up2.it )

When my phone worked I wasn't too worried about the colours as they can be edited.. it was the general fuzzyness of it all.

Does anyone know if VodaUK have released this new firmware yet?

Gave up waiting and debranded and am enjoying, hopefully, the latest firmware.!!

Much better IMHO, and £8.30 on Davinici team.

I don't know if you have noticed these "faults" before:

- If you rename a file from "x--" to "X--" (change Initial letter to caps) or vice versa, it will give you a "file name already exists" error.
When I was on K750 it was fixed on the last firmware. My K850i has this error on all firmwares.

- If you play a flash animation or two, and then go back on standby screen and lock keypad, it will not show you your screensaver - the backlight will just go off.
And seconds later your screensaver shall appear and the whole screen will not go off as it should be - and thats a power drainer.
Normally it should be something like standby -> screensaver -> backlight off.

- If I auto arrange my messages via date, my "Today" messages starts exactly at 8 am the present day instead of 12 am midnight. So, i get messages that is supposed to be "Today" on "Yesterday" list.
I'm in GMT +8:00h time zone anyway, maybe it has something to do about the time zone, but it should have been automatic.

Do you guys experience the same thing?

Who cares if the phone is case sensitive Seriously?!?! THis is the most nit-pick comment I've ever seen! Sure hope you don't deal with any windows environment because you'd be in for a Rude Awakening when you find out that the OS is NOT case sensitive or case dePendAnt until it comes to passwords...
