i can believe it. if you're on orange and wanting to upgrade, if you go direct to orange they will do stupid prices that would cost dealers (inc. cpw) an awful loss if they matched. what tariff was your brother on?

erm I think he's on that £35 one where you can choose any other network's tariff. He's on the virgin tariff. He phoned them up & told them he wanted one & they said for £150 so he said no as he's on that matching tariff & another network were giving it out for free & they said no again & he said fine. To his surprise, 2 days later a brand new T68i was delivered to his doorstep & they didn't ask for his old phone (Sony J5) back!
